Yesterday I and Diana were on the lake. The morning was so beautiful – the sun was shining, there were no clouds in the sky. So we decided to not waste our time and to find a good place to acquire a tan. As you may guess… now we are like two cooked lobsters. Our skin burnt and now it hurts very much! I want something cool to be putted on my skin!!!

What a pity to see people suffering diabetes! Once long time ago I heard, that doctors concurred that sugar is the most harmful product. It seems to me that there are already many substitutes of sugar, however they do not find distribution that is clear me to the reason.

I like tasty food very much and I do not understand how it is possible to sit in a restaurant or cafe and to deny you because of diabetes.

It is necessary to think out different dishes because the same bother.

No, probably it is better to live short life, but to be always healthy!
